YXPOLYER PPS
This filament is the strongest I can find within the price range. YXPOLYER is made from modified PPS which is similar to the ultra-powerful PEEK material. It’s flame retardant and temperature resistant up to 180℃, that’s around three times the resistance of PLA. It also has amazing chemical resistance and flexibility.
All this comes at the price of needing a heated bed and enclosure because of the heat required to melt this tough material. But if you have all that in place and need to print with the strongest filament in its price range, this is the one for you.
The strength of this filament makes it suitable to use for highly functional parts like heavy-duty door hinges or even spare parts for vehicles.

This filament is not only a good balance between affordability and quality, but it’s also capable of being extruded at high speeds of up to 600mm/s. It also has a fair amount of flexibility so it doesn’t crack or break under pressure as easily as normal PLA.
Besides the fluidity of this filament, the dimensional accuracy is near perfect at just +/- 0.02mm. If the accuracy wasn’t this good, it wouldn’t work as a high-speed filament.
The cardboard spools make the price a bit lower, but if you plan to store the filament after using some, you should transfer it to a spare plastic spool for storage.

Microcenter Inland PLA+
I use this Inland PLA+ for large models or marathons of small models. It’s reliable and dimensionally accurate enough for me not to be worried about the job failing after hours of wasted layers.
It’s a great choice for beginners and advanced users because of how seldom it gives problems. The layer adhesion is also excellent and hasn’t let me down before. You can set the heat up to around 230°C if you’re setting the print speed higher.
