Print a single-wall test with one perimeter and no infill. Measure several spots away from the seam, then use the average wall thickness below.
Before you trust the number: calibrate E-steps or rotation distance, use dry filament, and confirm the nozzle is clean. Flow calibration fine-tunes extrusion; it does not fix a clog.
